Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking a Senior GEOINT Collections Manager/Source Throughput Analyst to optimize GEOINT source utilization and collection throughput for a government customer. You will oversee TCPED lifecycle, coordinate across the IC, and align priorities across traditional and emerging GEOINT sources.

The role emphasizes managing large multi-source datasets, developing automated collection strategies, and sustaining mission relationships with NSG and IC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting GEOINT TCPED, including real-time collection.
• 5+ years managing multi-source datasets and sensemaking.
• Experience with automated collection strategies and inference methods.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Strong coordination across NSG/IC and multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support GEOINT TCPED tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination.
• Manage large multi-source datasets for mission sensemaking and strategy.
• Assess model output confidence, reliability, and performance.
• Develop automated collection strategies with data scientists.
• Collaborate with data teams to improve collection and mission outcomes.
• Coordinate across agencies for GEOINT collection management.
