City of New York DOT IT & Telecom seeks a Senior Enterprise Geodatabase Developer to manage location data from DCP GeoSupport and LION datasets, drive ETL in SQL Server with Python, ArcPy, and GBAT validation, and collaborate with development teams to improve data processing across DOT applications.

The role focuses on data quality, infrastructure, and creating map-centric apps on ESRI Portal and ArcGIS Online for updated municipal workflows.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree with CS credits or related field and 2+ years software experience including leading or major contributions on complex projects
Alternate: high school diploma plus 6+ years of software experience with at least 1 year in a project leader capacity
Masters may substitute for up to one year of experience, if applicable

Aufgaben

Lead quarterly ETL ingestion into DOT SQL Server using Python, ArcPy, SQL scripts, GBAT validation, and ArcGIS Pro visual inspection
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate updated location processing concepts across enterprise platforms
Design supplemental data structures to support evolving municipal business requirements across DOT applications
Build internal and external map-focused applications on ESRI Enterprise Portal and ArcGIS Online
