Job summary

New York City Department of Transportation is seeking a Senior Enterprise Geodatabase Developer to manage critical NYC location data and lead ETL ingestions into DOT SQL Server. You will work with ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, and GBAT to ensure data quality and support enterprise applications.

The role involves collaboration with software teams to implement updated location processing and to build map-focused applications on ESRI platforms. Residency in NYC is not required for some programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 24 CS credits and 2 years software exp; or HS diploma with 6 years software exp.
• Ability to lead projects as leader or major contributor; detailed qualification notes provided by City.

Responsibilities

• Manage, process, and improve NYC location data from DCP GeoSupport and LION.
• Lead quarterly ETL ingestion into DOT SQL Server using Python, ArcPy and SQL scripts.
• Collaborate with software teams to integrate location processing across enterprise platforms.
• Build map-focused apps on ESRI Enterprise Portal and ArcGIS Online.
