FL114, Inc. is seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our Genomics team.

We’re looking for an NGS-focused molecular biologist to support epigenetic editing programs from discovery through preclinical development, collaborating across a close-knit team of experimental and computational scientists. The role requires hands-on NGS experience and a passion for bringing novel medicines to patients in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on NGS library prep experience.
• Familiarity with ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, Methyl-Seq, and/or 10X Single-cell.
• Direct experience operating Illumina instruments.

Responsabilidades

• Execution of NGS-based functional genomics assays in a high-throughput production environment addressing core R&D needs in cell state mapping and therapeutic molecular validation.
• Collaborate with research teams to help develop and support fit-for-purpose NGS solutions and molecular and cellular assay technologies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of specialized molecular assays.
