Qualifications
- BS or MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related field with industry experience.
- Hands-on mammalian and bacterial cell culture experience.
- Experience with flow cytometry and data analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines.
- Good ability to track samples and experimental data.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and automate mammalian cell-based gene editing assays.
- Design and run plasmid cloning campaigns for DNA libraries.
- Utilize readouts like plate-based assays, flow cytometry, and NGS.
- Perform mammalian cell culture and transfection.
- Track and document samples, data, and results.
- Analyze data and interpret results.
- Present results in team meetings.
- Contribute to lab maintenance and uphold EHS standards.
