Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, human genetics, systems biology, bioengineering, or related field with 3+ years post-doc/industry exp.
• Demonstrated excellence in analysis, visualization, and interpretation of human genetics and NGS data.
• Experience applying computational methods and bioinformatics tools to large datasets.
• Proficiency in programming (R, Python), Unix/Linux, and HPC systems.
• Strong foundation in statistics and genetics and their role in disease biology.

Responsibilities

• Identify scientific questions via human genetics and genomics analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Design and interpret studies to advance target discovery, validation, and biomarker development.
• Apply computational methods to integrate internal and public data for actionable insights.
