Job summary
Infosys seeks an experienced Technology Consultant 2 to join the CMT unit in the United States. The role focuses on documenting requirements, guiding design discussions, coding, testing, and ensuring high software quality across contact center solutions.
You will contribute to production support, training, and knowledge sharing while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive contact center experience are required.
Qualifications
- 8+ years supporting Contact Center technologies.
- Genesys platform administration, IVR and CTI support.
- VoiceXML development and production incident experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to requirements elicitation and document business requirements.
- Facilitate software design discussions and guide technical decisions.
- Participate in coding and integrate new features into applications.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
- Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
- Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
- Resolve production issues and implement preventive reliability strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of code and testing to enrich knowledge base.
