Job summary

Wipro Technologies is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize complex contact-center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Architect. You will tailor IVR flows, ACD configurations, and routing logic while integrating REST APIs and data actions to meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong coding skills (Python/Node.js), GCP familiarity, and experience with CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Architect.
• IVR, ACD, queue and skills-based call routing.
• Genesys Data Actions and REST API integrations, JSON, OAuth, Postman.
• Architect expressions, variables and error handling.
• GCP experience, Cloud Functions/Cloud Run.
• Python and/or Node.js.
• Apigee, Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Git, CI/CD and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize Genesys Cloud Architect flows.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop and deploy IVR and routing solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning of call-routing components.
• Create and maintain documentation for Architect configurations and APIs.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and translate to technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers on Genesys Cloud best practices.
