Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Applications Developer within the US nationwide field to develop, enhance and sustain enterprise software using cross-functional teams. You will document configurations, call flows, integrations and data actions while translating business needs into technical solutions.

The role requires 4-8 years of experience, a related degree or equivalent, and hands-on Genesys Cloud CX development plus CRM integration know-how.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Hands on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform, preferred
Integration experience with various CRM systems (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM), preferred
Ability to document system configuration (call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions, etc), preferred
Troubleshooting experience to resolve issues with the Genesys Cloud platform and identity issues with upstream or downstream applications, preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferred
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, preferred
Ability to communicate well with business and technical team members, preferred

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance and sustain software systems in a cross-functional team

Collaborate with business leaders and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to policy and procedure development and mentor less experienced colleagues
