Job summary

Uni Systems is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud & Conversational AI Engineer to join our Customer Interactive Management team within the Professional Services Department. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting enterprise Genesys Cloud CX solutions across voice and digital channels.

You will develop Conversational AI, Voicebots and Chatbots, integrate with CRM systems and participate in workshops, architecture design and technical leadership while ensuring production readiness

Qualifications

• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Contact Center, Customer Experience or Conversational AI technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, web services and enterprise integrations.
• Programming experience in Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, implementation and support of enterprise-grade Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Design and deliver customer engagement solutions across voice and digital channels (chat, email, messaging, social media).
• Design, develop and deploy Conversational AI, Voicebots and Chatbots in production environments.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM systems, enterprise applications and external AI platforms through APIs and cloud services.
• Participate in customer workshops, requirements analysis, architecture design and technical leadership activities.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for complex production environments.
