Job summary

Energy Systems, a Generac Industrial Distributor in Corona, CA, is seeking an experienced Generator Service Technician to perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on emergency power supply systems (EPSS). The role includes after-hours service, strict safety compliance, and reporting on field work.

You will interpret electrical schematics, read work orders, and communicate findings to the service manager while maintaining Generac certifications and a valid

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years servicing and troubleshooting EPSS.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, electrical schematics, and work orders.
• Valid driver license is required.
• Ability to obtain Generac certification in air-cooled and protector series courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and repair of generators.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs after hours, weekends and holidays as directed.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on generators.
• Read and interpret manuals and schematics to perform maintenance/repairs.
• Create reports for work performed in FieldServio and communicate findings.
