Siemens Energy is seeking a Power Generation Project Engineer to lead planning and engineering for generator maintenance, inspection, repair, rewind, and upgrade projects across North America.

You will partner with field teams, customers, and product line experts to deliver safe, high‑quality outcomes while driving project scheduling and risk mitigation. The role is hybrid with on‑site days at Mount Pleasant, PA and up to 10% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related).
• 5+ years in power generation, rotating equipment, field service, outage execution, or related engineering roles.
• Experience coordinating technical projects with large industrial equipment or power plant assets.
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and engineering support for inspections, maintenance, rewinds, upgrades, and outages.
• Develop detailed scopes, instructions, risk assessments, and execution plans for safe project delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, field service, product lines, and technical experts to drive execution.
