Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional software engineering experience OR Associates with 8 years OR HS with 10 years.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Military experience counts as professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable AI-driven software solutions using Claude Code.
• Evaluate legacy systems and build high-performance replacements.
• Code complex modular applications with Claude Code and related frameworks.
• Provide maintenance and improve AI-generated codebases and deployment pipelines.
• Triage and debug performance, data handling, and security issues in AI code.
• Collaborate with business units to translate needs into agentic designs.
• Support MVP deployments to compare internal velocity vs SaaS offerings.
• Develop UIs, APIs, and cloud-native web experiences.
