Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an IT engineer to deliver enterprise software and AI-driven workflows using Claude Code to modernize legacy systems and prototype bespoke solutions. You will design scalable architectures, write secure code, collaborate with product teams, and mentor colleagues while aligning with GE Aerospace guardrails; this is a remote position in the United States.

Base salary range is $95,000 - $127,000 per year with discretionary bonus; valid work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant IT experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and agentic tooling.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable software solutions using Claude Code and agentic workflows.
• Develop interfaces, APIs, and cloud-native web experiences.
• Mentor team members on Claude Code and agentic workflows.
• Ensure compliance with GE Aerospace security guardrails.
