Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional software experience, or equivalent combinations.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design sound, supportable software solutions built with Claude Code and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate legacy systems to determine capabilities for high-performance replacements.
• Code complex, integrated applications using Claude Code and agentic frameworks.
• Provide maintenance and iterative improvement of AI-generated codebases and deployment pipelines.
• Triage and debug performance, data handling, and security issues in AI-generated code.
• Collaborate with business units to translate needs into agentic prompts and designs.
• Assist leadership in make-vs-buy decisions by MVP testing against SaaS options.
• Develop new UI, APIs, and web experiences for cloud-native deployments.
• Document architecture changes and code repository structures for knowledge scaling.
• Review AI designs and code to ensure compliance with GE Aerospace guardrails.
• Mentor team members on Claude Code and agentic workflows.
