Constellation Energy Generation seeks an experienced regulatory compliance leader to oversee ISO/NERC standards adherence across its generation fleet in Houston. You will manage internal controls, audit readiness, and stakeholder engagement with industry groups to drive continuous improvement in compliance programs.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical and negotiation skills, plus a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced utility environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 12 years in lieu.
• Strong problem solving, analytical/financial, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Experience with PJM, MISO, ISONE, SPP, AESO, BPA, NEPool, GSOC, SPP, and ERCOT markets.
• 8-years experience in electric utility rates, regulatory, legal, transmission planning, operations or financial disciplines, in lieu of 4-year degree

Responsabilidades

• Create mitigation plans based on Self Reports and monitor the status of mitigating steps through Action Tracking and Quarterly Update on each Mitigation Plan with Regional Entities and other regulatory entities.
• Ensure necessary work activities for NERC Compliance are initiated in the Work Management system, executed using procedures and tracked in systems with documented completion evidence.
• Lead/participate in compliance audits. Plan, prepare and execute audit tasks and support audit teams.
• Provide analysis and support to leadership for the NERC Compliance Program including ongoing reporting of performance improvements, organizational initiatives and compliance related communications.
• Represent CEG on ISO, NERC and regional entity committees or other industry forums to facilitate benchmarking and continuous improvement.
