Job summary

TYG is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on a $700M data center project in Texas. You will oversee multiple Superintendents and trade partners, shaping construction sequencing, safety culture, and quality delivery to meet schedule and budget targets.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of civil, structural, MEP disciplines, and proven ability to drive complex schedules on mission-critical builds.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading field teams on large, complex projects.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for field operations across the project.
• Lead and manage the Superintendent team across multiple buildings, disciplines and work packages.
• Own the construction sequence and execution strategy, aligning with the master schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Executive, Project Director and management to drive delivery.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term construction plans aligned with schedule.
