Job summary

TYG is seeking experienced Superintendents to join a mission-critical team focused on large-scale data center projects. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with engineering and safety, and drive schedules and budgets to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership of large crews, deep knowledge of critical building systems, and hands-on management of BIM/VDC, Procore, PlanGrid, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as superintendent on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading large teams while maintaining safety, productivity, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily field operations for trades and subcontractors, assigning tasks through foremen or leads.
• Maintains communication with engineering, quality control, and safety to meet design plans, specs, and deadlines.
• Evaluates blueprints, budgets, and estimates with the PM and superintendent to align quantities, costs, staffing and delivery schedules.
• Organizes operational activities with a strict focus on safety.
• Handles additional tasks as requested by supervisor.
