Job summary

Atrium is seeking a senior General Merchandiser to own category strategy and lead assortment planning for our home goods product line. You will partner with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, and other teams to drive revenue and margin through strategic assortment decisions.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in merchandising or category management.
Strong experience with assortment planning and category strategy.
Proven ability to make pricing, margin, and product decisions.
P&L ownership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own category strategy, growth objectives, retail targets, assortment planning, and product innovation priorities.
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and sales performance to inform strategies.
Lead line planning to align assortments with brand direction and financial goals.
Develop assortment architecture including price tiers and branded vs. private-label offerings.
Establish pricing parameters and target margins with Sourcing and Sales.
Evaluate costs and margins to support profitability goals.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Sales, and Brand teams.
