Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a senior General Merchandiser for a leading home goods company. You will own category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and profitability, guiding products from strategy to in-market performance.

The role requires 8–12+ years in merchandising or category management, strong financial acumen, and collaboration with Design, Sourcing, Sales, and cross-functional teams. Hybrid schedule with 9–5 hours.

Qualificações

• 8-12+ years in merchandising, category management, or general management.
• Strong product assortment planning, line planning, and category strategy.
• Proven ability to make pricing, margin, and product selection decisions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership a plus.
• Understanding of sourcing, production, design, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data.
• Leadership and influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own category strategy, assortment and growth objectives.
• Analyze trends, insights, and sales data to inform strategies.
• Lead line planning to align assortments with brand and financial goals.
• Develop assortment architecture including price tiers and carryover vs new.
• Set pricing parameters and target margins with Sourcing and Sales.
• Evaluate costs, margins, and opportunities to support profitability.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Sales and Brand teams.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure complete product data in PLM.
• Support sales with presentations, pricing rationale and assortment guidance.
• Monitor in-market performance, sell-through, margins, returns, and inventory health.
• Lead SKU rationalization and lifecycle decisions; inform future planning.
