TH BENDER seeks a commercially driven General Manager to lead its U.S. business with full P&L responsibility, aligning the organization with global priorities and accelerating revenue growth.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional guidance across sales, service, operations, finance, and human resources, and the ability to navigate an international, matrixed environment with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in general management or sales leadership.
• Background in capital equipment, industrial technology, laboratory equipment, or engineered products business.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability in complex B2B environments.
• Experience with full business oversight, including commercial operations, finance, people leadership, and customer support.
• Strong understanding of structured sales processes, forecasting, CRM systems, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience working within a global or matrixed organization, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full P&L and day-to-day performance of the U.S. business, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market share, win new business, and strengthen key customer relationships.
• Build, mentor, and optimize the sales organization through pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance management.
• Align commercial commitments with operational capabilities, partnering closely with manufacturing and service teams.
• Strengthen governance, reporting, CRM/ERP utilization, and management processes to improve visibility and accountability.
• Oversee core business functions, including finance, HR, customer service, and procurement, to support scalable growth.
• Identify strategic market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives through competitive and market analysis.
• Serve as the senior representative of the business with customers, partners, and global leadership.
