  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with major customers, strategic partners, and other key external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with global leadership and international teams to leverage technical, commercial, and operational resources.
  • Serve as a representative of the U.S. business and drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant leadership experience spanning sales, business development, key account management, and/or general management.
  • Demonstrated commercial leadership and P&L responsibility, ideally within a U.S. subsidiary of an international or European-based organization.
  • Background in engineered fastening, joining technology, cold-formed/precision components, or other highly engineered industrial products, ideally within the automotive or broader vehicle industry.
  • Proven track record of developing markets, winning strategic accounts, and building lasting customer relationships within automotive, industrial, or OEM/Tier 1 organizations.
