Qualifications

• Proven leadership across sales, BD, and general management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. commercial strategy to accelerate revenue and growth.
• Lead sales, business development, and key account management activities.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Strengthen the U.S. sales organization, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Build and retain a high-performing team with strong accountability.
