Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Chief Engineer in Chandler, AZ to lead the engineering team and oversee the safe, efficient operation of all building systems. You will drive preventive maintenance, contractor management, and capital improvement planning to protect asset value.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• 7+ years of related experience, especially as Chief Engineer or similar.
• 2+ years leading an engineering/maintenance team.
• Trade school or college is desirable.
• Universal CFC EPA certification preferred.
• Operating Engineer license or similar (state dependent).
• MS Office and CMMS/BAS experience advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems.
• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring and training.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans.
• Identify safety hazards and implement remediation for a safe environment.
• Administer safety training programs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with client, General Manager and property team daily.
• Support capital improvement planning and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage contractors, monitor performance, and document results.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and service calls.
• Lead ongoing technical, safety, and operations training.
