Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location, assessing operations and developing plans to optimize service and satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Recommends improvements and growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and design improvements for financial and productivity gains.
• Ensures compliance with all regulations and Aramark standards and safety policies.
