Job summary

You will collaborate with Finance on budgeting and performance improvements, while maintaining contract compliance and a focus on customer satisfaction and growth. Strong leadership and business acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Focus on client and customer service with business growth mindset.
• Strong communication with clients, senior management, and staff.
• Ability to understand contractual requirements and identify opportunities.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience in budgeting, financial controls, and analysis.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.
