Job summary

Enstructure | LOGISTEC is seeking a General Manager for City Docks in Houston to lead overall terminal performance, profitability, safety, growth and operational excellence. This role requires hands-on leadership to balance efficiency with strong financial discipline and customer focus.

The GM will drive end-to-end P&L, budget, and forecasting while collaborating with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Safety, HR, IT and other shared functions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with P&L responsibilities in ports/terminals.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of terminal operations, intermodal logistics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the City Docks terminal P&L, budget, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Safety, HR, IT, and other shared functions.
• Lead labor relations and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent the terminal with customers, port authorities, regulators, labor partners, and the community.
