Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager in a fast-paced retail store. You will coach and mentor the team, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

This hourly role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on supervision of staff to meet performance metrics. You will lead by example, manage daily store operations, and collaborate on promotions, staffing, and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment with some leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Coach, support and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Lead by example with the Every Guest, Every Time process.
• Attract and retain top caliber employees and develop your AGMs.
• Drive sales strategy and merchandise presentation across the store.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, labor controls, and loss prevention adherence.
• Communicate objectives and company priorities to the team.
