You will manage professional customer relationships, oversee hiring, coaching, and scheduling, and ensure inventory and operational standards are met to achieve targets. The role requires strong leadership, automotive knowledge, and the ability to guide a diverse team across multiple shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ace in store operations, inventory, and profitability with business sense.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, and schedule store Team Members.
• Execute inventory and operational standards; manage daily duties.
• Lead on-duty coverage, safety, and store communications.
• Train staff on systems, product quality, and processes.
• Support change management and diversity in the workplace.
