Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in retail.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance mgmt. skills.
• Ability to lead change management and drive growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, and schedule store team members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety procedures.
