Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will oversee a team of 10–20, develop staff, and manage professional customer relationships while maintaining inventory and store standards. The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail profitability, and the ability to work a demanding schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret financial metrics and store reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, and manage performance of store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team members to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Shift management responsibilities and daily store operations.
• Lead change management and promote diversity.
• Provide DIY service including battery and wiper services.
• Support district/region in other functions as needed.
