Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee professional and DIY customer relationships, manage inventory, and mentor a team to uphold safety and performance standards.

The role requires a strong understanding of store systems and automotive knowledge, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication
• 2-3 years experience managing a team of 10–20
• Experience driving profitability and financial performance
• Knowledge of automotive systems preferred
• Ability to work a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales
• Hire, develop, coach, and engage store Team Members
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards
• Coach Team Members to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional)
• Assume manager-on-duty responsibilities and maintain safety
• Lead change management and foster an inclusive environment
• Provide DIY services and assist in other functions as needed
