Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on HVAC/R or electrical field experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification, current at hire.
• NFPA 70E electrical safety awareness or equivalent.
• Clear, effective communication of technical content to adult learners.
• Ability to deliver instruction in synchronous virtual environments.
• Travel to lab sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC/R and electrical curriculum in synchronous virtual sessions and in-person labs.
• Follow the prescribed curriculum without unauthorized modifications.
• Prepare for each session and ensure equipment readiness.
• Adapt delivery to adult learners with field experience.
• Maintain attendance and progress records in the LMS.
• Complete required documentation and reporting on time.
