• Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant legal or insurance-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle third-party general liability claims, including property damage, to achieve optimum payout results.
• Assess and analyze coverage issues on claims; issue coverage letters and documentation.
• Complete timely investigations of claims and post appropriate reserves.
• Pursue risk transfer opportunities, including contractual indemnity and additional insured issues.
• Handle claims in accordance with RLI's Best Practices.
• Resolve claims in a timely manner to an effective outcome.
