Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of case law, statutes, and procedures impacting claims value.
• Superior writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle general liability claims to achieve optimum payout results.
• Assess coverage issues and issue letters/documentation.
• Conduct timely investigations and set appropriate reserves.
• Pursue risk transfer opportunities and indemnity issues.
• Handle claims according to RLI's Best Practices.
• Resolve claims in a timely manner with effective outcomes.
