Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and close.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and GL accounting.
• Experience supervising accounting professionals.
• Strong Excel skills and handling large financial datasets.
• Experience with ERP environments.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• CPA preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely, accurate financial results.
• Maintain GL integrity and GAAP-compliant entries.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activity.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and aging of items.
• Partner with regional teams for consistent accounting treatment.
• Support consolidated financial reporting across entities and locations.
• Drive process improvements to speed and quality of close.
