Job summary

Transglobal Services LLC in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee all general ledger accounting functions and ensure accurate monthly and year-end close, GAAP compliance, and reliable financial reporting.

You will partner with the CFO, support tax compliance and audits, implement internal controls, and drive process improvements across accounting systems while working in a hybrid schedule with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Seven years of general accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Federal, State and local tax reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general ledger activity and month-end/year-end close.
• Oversee preparation and review of cash reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reports.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or improvement areas.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax specialists for audits and filings.
