Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, General Ledger & Corporate Accounting in Houston. This hands‑on leadership role oversees core GL accounting, close processes, and the development of accounting controls.

It offers exposure to ERP transformation, process automation, and acquisition integration within a private equity‑backed, global professional services organization. The role partners with senior leadership to drive improvements in close speed and quality and to support

Qualifications

• Experience leading GL close processes under U.S. GAAP.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to coach and develop accounting staff.
• Experience with ERP implementations and finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain GL integrity and ensure proper journal entries.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
• Coordinate with regional teams for consistent accounting treatment.
• Support audits, internal controls, and external reporting.
