Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) seeks a General Counsel to serve as the company’s chief legal advisor in Oak Ridge, TN. The role oversees governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, and risk management to support national mission critical programs.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, helping to shape strategy while ensuring ethical, lawful, and compliant operations across government contracting. This is a high-impact, executive-level position.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar is required.
• Ability to practice or provide legal services in jurisdictions applicable to the company.
