UKG is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support U.S. Public Sector sales, including Federal, State, and Local transactions. You will lead drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Services, and Legal teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment in the United States.

Based in the Lansing area, you will drive practical legal processes, provide clear guidance on procurement and regulatory issues, and mentor junior staff while aligning with UKG's strategic goals.

Qualificações

• JD Law degree and active license in good standing with a U.S. State bar.
• At least 7 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial experience supporting U.S. Public Sector sales, procurement, or commercial transactions.
• Demonstrated strength in complex drafting, negotiation, legal analysis, and independent judgment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and building credibility with business, Legal, executive, and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex Public Sector customer agreements and distributor, reseller, and other partner arrangements.
• Advise Sales, Services, Sales Operations, and Legal on RFPs, procurement options, cooperative and schedule contracts, contract management, and fulfillment requirements.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Security, Engineering, and other teams on customer inquiries involving FedRAMP, State RAMPs, Accessibility, regulatory requirements, and UKG processes, escalating issues that require broader review.
• Lead moderately complex legal projects, such as contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements; coordinate contributors, resolve issues, and deliver results with limited supervision.
• Provide practical legal guidance, communicate complex issues clearly, influence internal and external stakeholders, and share expertise through collaboration, training, and informal mentoring.
