Job summary

Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) seeks a Project Manager II to support a client in Oak Ridge, TN. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, manage schedules and budgets, and partner with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance teams to deliver complex, regulated projects.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant project management, coordination, engineering, or related experience.
• Experience supporting complex technical, engineering, construction, nuclear, energy, or regulated projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with schedules, status reporting, action tracking, documentation, budgets, and other PM processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; ability to work independently or with others.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support leadership in planning and execution of objectives, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track progress, action items, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while identifying risks.
• Coordinate meetings with teams, clients, technical personnel, and stakeholders, including agendas and decisions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare status reports and communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
