Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Commercial Product Manager to lead commercialization of the Gene Editing Therapeutics portfolio. You will collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and QA to launch products and optimize services while driving growth and market differentiation.

The role is fully remote with up to 30% travel. A strong background in life sciences and product management is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred and

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. required. An MBA or Advanced degree in a scientific field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role as a product manager or a sales role with minimum of 5 years of product management experience within the life sciences, or related healthcare field.
• Experience managing products in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life science field with experience translating therapeutic components or supporting CDMO services
• Demonstrated success in launching and sustaining excellent products.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, and other teams to launch and manage Gene Editing products and services.
• Develop plans and pricing strategies to forecast and achieve annual orders, revenue, and margin growth objectives across the gene editing workflow.
• Manage the mid-to-late stage lifecycle of products and custom manufacturing services focusing on growth and optimization to end-of-life strategy.
• Enable Commercial teams by delivering sales training for new and on-market products, own actions to support funnel and opportunity growth.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Gene Editing products and their target markets/customers by providing regular analysis of market, regulatory trends and competitors to establish multi-year product forecasts.
