Job summary

E-Solutions IT Service Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead Generative AI initiatives, guiding projects from conception to production in a remote-first setup. This role demands strategic roadmap definition, cross-functional orchestration, and delivery of transformative AI features with measurable impact.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of PM experience in AI/ML programs, a strong technical background in ML pipelines, and excellence in Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

7+ years of program management experience, incl. AI/ML product programs.
Proven track record delivering large-scale Generative AI or ML initiatives.
Strong technical understanding of ML pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Define and manage end-to-end program plans for Generative AI product development, from research prototypes to production deployment.
Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across engineering, research, product, and design teams to meet deadlines.
Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively, implementing effective resolution strategies.
Establish clear metrics for program success and ensure timely delivery of AI models, features, and platform capabilities.
Communicate program status, technical challenges, and strategic achievements transparently to executive stakeholders and technical leads.
Drive process improvements and best practices for GenAI product lifecycle management within a remote-first setting.
