Envato, a leading creative platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager - GenAI to own a GenAI product area. You will drive discovery to launch, leveraging customer insights, experimentation and hands‑on AI work to improve creative workflows.

The role collaborates with Design and Engineering to balance quality, experience and model performance, while measuring impact and iterating post‑launch.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex customer-facing product initiatives from discovery through to launch and iteration.
• Strong practical fluency in generative AI and generative media; able to work with APIs and emerging capabilities.
• Experience with creative products or tools is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Owns a defined GenAI product area from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Understands customer problems and opportunities using research, data, experiments and hands-on GenAI knowledge.
• Experiment with models, prototype ideas, and build practical understanding of capabilities and constraints.
• Collaborates with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality experiences balancing creativity, user experience and costs.
• Defines success metrics and uses data to drive ongoing improvements after launch.
