E-Solutions IT Service Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead Generative AI initiatives, guiding projects from conception to production in a remote-first setup. This role demands strategic roadmap definition, cross-functional orchestration, and delivery of transformative AI features with measurable impact.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of PM experience in AI/ML programs, a strong technical background in ML pipelines, and excellence in Agile/Scrum.

Formación

• 7+ years of program management experience, incl. AI/ML product programs.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Generative AI or ML initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding of ML pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end program plans for Generative AI product development, from research prototypes to production deployment.

• Orchestrate complex cross-functional efforts across engineering, research, product, and design teams to meet ambitious deadlines.

• Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively, implementing effective resolution strategies.

• Establish clear metrics for program success and ensure timely delivery of AI models, features, and platform capabilities.

• Communicate program status, technical challenges, and strategic achievements transparently to executive stakeholders and technical leads.

• Drive process improvements and best practices for GenAI product lifecycle management within a remote-first setting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience, with at least 3 years directly managing AI/ML product development programs.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale Generative AI, deep learning, or complex machine learning initiatives.

• Solid technical understanding of ML pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment, particularly for large models.

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools for complex software development and continuous delivery.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience managing programs with distributed, remote teams effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.

• Direct experience with large language models, multimodal AI, or generative adversarial networks.

• Prior experience bringing AI products from research prototype to production scale with measurable business impact.

• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML) and MLOps practices.

• Experience working in a high-growth tech environment.
