Job summary

EazyML, a Gartner-recognized Responsible AI company, is seeking a Senior Agentic AI/Generative AI Engineer to architect production-grade AI systems and engage directly with customers to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.

You will lead end-to-end projects from prototyping to deployment, collaborate across product and engineering, mentor teammates, and help shape our platform while delivering scalable LangChain-based workflows and risk-mitigated, compliant AI models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML with 2+ years in Generative AI.
• Strong Python skills for API wrappers and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph.
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end GenAI and agentic AI applications.
• Design LLM-powered workflows and prompts.
• Build AI agents using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Develop ML/GenAI pipelines including training and deployment.
• Create APIs and microservices to integrate AI into products.
• Champion responsible AI, mitigate bias and hallucinations.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering.
• Mentor engineers and shape platform strategy.
