Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with product management and strategy teams to define evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with research teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to define scope boundaries.
• Manage cross-functional teams on complex projects involving large datasets, statistical modeling, and AI agent systems.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and elicitation across multiple business segments to extract insights.
• Assess feasibility, manage risks, and decide with incomplete information to ensure deliverables.
• Translate research findings and technical capabilities into actionable product features that deliver value.
• Embed AI into day-to-day PM workflows including Jira story creation, analysis, and delivery planning.
• Identify repetitive PM activities and convert them into reusable AI skills, agents, or automated workflows.
• Apply structured and adversarial evaluation to AI outputs ensuring accuracy and human oversight.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to align initiatives with goals.
