Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production backend or platform systems.
• Hands-on GenAI-powered systems production experience with LLM integration.
• Experience designing GenAI workflows such as prompt orchestration and multi-step pipelines.
• Proven experience designing distributed systems supporting multi-step execution and service contracts.
• Strong backend skills in Python/Java/Go and building reliable services.
• Familiar with GenAI quality, safety, monitoring, and evaluation approaches.
• Located in the United States and authorized to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve core AI platform capabilities for GenAI-powered apps.
• Design shared execution patterns, APIs, and services for multi-step workflows.
• Develop reliable, extensible backend systems powering AI-driven experiences across the sales funnel.
• Work hands-on across the stack from backend to AI model integration.
