Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in software design and development, including building and operating production systems at scale.
Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend services, APIs, and frontend (web or mobile).
Experience leading cross-team or cross-org projects from inception through rollout.
Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products and turning capabilities into customer-loved products.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of technically complex, mission-critical areas and drive them end-to-end.
Define and drive technical strategy for new products and platform capabilities, including backend services, APIs, and UI.
Design and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and mobile as needed.
Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams to translate problems into technical plans.
Build and scale data ingestion, APIs, and workflows behind AI-powered products.
Mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, and uphold quality and velocity standards.
