Job summary

Dell Technologies is hiring a Senior GenAI & HPC Delivery Engineer in Atlanta, GA. You will lead hands-on deployments of GPU-enabled compute clusters, run performance benchmarks, and produce detailed reports for customers. The role combines engineering depth with direct customer engagement while traveling across the U.S.

to support on-site deployments. Key requirements include 7+ years in HPC/GenAI, GPU deployment expertise, and strong Linux/ RH skills.

Qualifications

7+ years in HPC or GenAI clusters, GPU based systems, AI infrastructure, or related fields.
Hands-on GPU deployment and multi-node testing using NVIDIA Base Command Manager.
Experience with benchmarking tools (HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, OSU Microbenchmarks).
Red Hat certification (RHCSA/RHCE) or 7+ years of RH distro experience.
Experience with GenAI/HPC networking (InfiniBand and/or RoCE).
Experience with Linux-based parallel computing environments at scale.
Experience with containers/orchestration (Docker, Singularity/Apptainer, Kubernetes, Slurm).
Ability to travel up to 70% across the U.S. for projects.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and validate GPU accelerated compute clusters for AI, ML, and HPC.
Benchmark systems using industry-standard tools and document results.
Produce as-built docs, performance reports, and share best practices.
Configure and secure RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky for GenAI or HPC workloads.
Work directly with customers onsite, traveling regionally and across the U.S.
